Phase II Investigations typically involve sampling and analysis to address environmental concerns discovered as a result of a Phase I ESA. Such concerns may be attributed to prior land use, buried materials, chemical storage/disposal, hazardous waste management, soil, groundwater, and/or surface water contamination; asbestos; lead; radon; and mold among others.

Phase II tasks may include:

	Subsurface investigations requiring: Geophysical surveys utilizing ground penetrating radar, magnetics, electromagnetics/resistivity, and seismics. Soil/Groundwater sampling and analysis.
	Soil vapor surveys
	Monitoring Well Installation
	Storage Tank Closure/Abandonment
	Air and Surface Water Sampling and Analysis.
	Asbestos, Lead, Radon, and Mold Surveys
